Giving rocks!
Giving can improve your self-esteem. Making  
someone else feel better can make you feel better.                                    
Here's a list of 5 things you can give:                
  •   clothes you never wear
  •   coupons you won't use
  •   attention to someone who wants to talk
  •   courtesy to a rude person 
  •   your hair to Locks of Love
